Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, Nebbiolo d'Alba, Barolo, Grignolino Piemonte, Moscato d'Asti, Rosato, Chardonnay and Favorita: these are the wines produced with grapes obtained from the company's vineyards, which are located in the best production areas for the various designations offered on the market.
Four types of this DOCG are offered: one basic Dolcetto and three selections which, thanks to the vineyard location and to the soil composition, give wines with unique characteristics.
This vineyard is located in the municipality of La Morra in the geographical indication Boiolo and it has aged for 3 years in medium/large oak barrels. The result is a Barolo with vigorous tannins which can be appreciated after a few years of bottle aging. In general, it is an evolving wine, able to gain complexity over time.
Two versions are offered. One is obtained from the grapes harvested in the west-facing vineyard: this wine has strong fruity scents, ideal for drinking young. The other one is the “Ribota” selection: this wine ages in barrique and it is obtained from south-facing grapes, which provides it with great structure and greater durability.
From grapes of the company’s historic vineyards. After one year in large barrels, the wine has aged in bottle for one or two years, depending on the vintages. It can be stored for up to 7 or 8 years.
Not the usual Grignolino. The soil composition provides different scents and aromas: it is enjoyable for the few tannins, the fruity flavour and the low acidity. To drink young.
It represents a business choice to offer customers sweet emotions. The aromatic hints are reminiscent of acacia, wisteria and honey. Its natural sparkling properties give the palate greater freshness.
